Ideal Audience
I have run this session for groups ranging from front-line staff up to the executive team. It is most relevant for people who experience a lot of pressure, change or complexity. If stress levels are high or there is a lot of uncertainty people find this session particularly valuable. The session can be delivered as a workshop or a keynote.
Time Commitment
Fill out a short assessment (15 mins) before the session and immediately receive your results. Attend the 90-minute workshop. Keynotes can be shorter.
