Building your Network
Most people have networks that are built for their past not their future. This method created at the Center for Creative Leadership helps leaders diagnose and map their current network and see its strengths and weaknesses. They then map out their ideal future network, create actions and get advice on best ways to build up this new network. This breaks down siloes and helps leaders leverage the people around them to support increased growth, resilience and performance.

It is most relevant for people who need to get work done with or through other people. They need a network of people to succeed. The more they need other people, the more relevant this workshop becomes. It is particularly helpful for leaders at the mid to senior levels of the organization. This session is better as an interactive workshop than a keynote.
