Grow, Perform and Sustain

This session focuses on the most important factors needed to perform at high levels while keeping your stress and burnout risk low.  It is based on 3 years of research by Nick and his global research team where they interviewed: Navy Seals, surgeons, professional athletes and coaches, C.I.A. and F.B.I. agents, elite yoga instructors, priests and many business people. The session distils the most important behaviours, mindsets and strategies that differentiate the ‘thrivers’ we studied from those who burned out. Leaders will learn about their balance across 5 key dimensions and the tools and tactics to help them and their teams perform in a healthy balance.

Leaders will learn:

  • The results of their GPS assessment which measures their: Grow/ Perform balance, Intrinsic Motivation, Value Alignment and Burnout Risk

  • New language and data to have conversations with each other about how to pursue sustainable high-performance

  • Clarity into how their current ways of working are impacting them

  • The most important insights we gained from our interviews, focus groups and assessments of 1,000’s of performers across multiple industries

  • The 8 habits we identified of the ‘thrivers’ - those people in organisations who are high performance and very low burnout risk (about 3% of the population)

  • How to build new habits that will positively change your performance, growth and burnout risk

  • Option to retake the assessment in 6 months to measure changes made
