Do you use wearable technology to help your wellbeing and performance? We'd love to learn from people how they are using wearables and what benefits they experience. The use of this tech seems to be just entering the workplace and we'd like to better understand the possibilities as part of our research into sustainable performance.

We will run a webinar for people to come and share their experiences, lessons learned and insights. Questions for discussion:

- What do you use?

- What do you find most helpful?

- How has it changed your behaviors or impact you?

- What cautions or risks do you see with these?
